AGM 30 July 2025 – Weltevredenpark Primary

AGM DATE – Wednesday 30 th July 2025 Time 18:30

Venue: Weltevreden Primary School Hall – Safe parking via Hyacinth street entrance.

All members are invited to attend. All residents welcome to, but only members get to vote if one is needed

The following are attached, for your convenience:

Nomination form, to be completed if you wish to nominate an existing RA Committee member

to stand for re-election to the RA Committee or if you would like to nominate a good standing

member to join the committee.

Proxy form, if you are unable to attend and wish to give your vote to another RA member in good

standing who is attending the AGM. You may also elect to give your proxy to a committee

member to vote on your behalf, remembering that each committee member can only hold two

proxy’s

Financial Statements for year-end February 2024 – Financial Statements will also be presented

at the AGM

The deadline for receipt of Nomination forms and Proxy forms is 12 noon on Tuesday 29 th July

2025 and must be returned by email only to info@welridge.org.za or handed in at the AGM by the

person being nominated or standing proxy for you.

If you have a topic that you would like to have included in the Agenda, the same deadline applies.

Should you have any questions regarding the Financials, please forward them by email

to info@welridge.org.za at your earliest convenience so that we can answer you and not prolong the

meeting unnecessarily.

We do have some very important matters to discuss, along with some proposed projects and new

information vital to all. We will again be needing a few more committee members to carry us forward to ensure that we are able to function effectively. 

There will also be lovely prizes again, so don’t miss out on this opportunity. 

It’s vital that we have quorum for the AGM to be valid.  We will need at least 60 – 80 households

represented at the meeting.  Please commit to attend and fulfil this legal requirement.
